Thank you for helping us make our dream wedding comes true. We did not know the day we hired you, that we would be gaining not only a great planner, but also a great friend. I have tried to describe in detail the amazing service you provided to make our event a success, but as I have told you before the words “THANK YOU” truly can’t quantify the help you provided in making our wedding a success.
To Whom It May Concern:
Selva and The Makers helped us organize our wedding and reception event on February 12th 2010 at Hotel Taj – Mount Road - in Chennai. I can honestly say that the day would not have been as smooth or as wonderful without Selva and his staff. He was professional, thorough, and a lifesaver a few times that day.
To truly describe the service Mr. Selva and his staff at The Makers provided, we will have to explain who we are and what our expectations were for our wedding. We are a couple that reside in the U.S and wanted to get married in Chennai. I wanted someone to count on who has experience with wedding issues to guide me and make suggestions that I would not have come up with on my own.
I found The Makers website online and contacted Mr. Selva over the phone. I could tell during my first phone conversation with Selva, that he is a professional with experience in organizing events. He helped us identify the banquet hall, negotiated rates with the hotel sales staff and got us incredible deals on lunch and dinner rates and also rooms. He helped us with picking the invitation and also the content. He mailed the invitations to our relatives and followed it up by phone calls to ensure that, the invites were received by our guests. He coordinated with the Priest, the banquet hall decorators and the musicians, etc. He planned every minute detail involving our wedding and ensured that our special day was smooth and hassle free.
Selva also assisted us in two other events/ parties during our visit to Chennai.
It was hard to say Good Bye to Selva when he sent us off at the airport.
I would highly recommend Selva and The Makers to plan your event. I can personally attest that they will make your event a success as he did with ours.
